Can I resize an image to a specific KB or MB size?+
Yes. Enter a target in KB or MB and the tool searches for the closest practical result by adjusting compression and, if needed, image dimensions. Encoders vary, so the final size may not be exact.
Can I convert JPG to PNG or WebP?+
Yes. Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP image and choose a different output format before resizing. PNG preserves transparency; JPG replaces transparent areas with white.
Are my photos uploaded?+
No. The image is decoded, resized, converted, and downloaded inside your browser. Pixel Print Kit does not receive or store the file.
Why can resizing make an image look blurry?+
Making an image smaller removes pixels. Making it larger invents no new detail, so upscaling can look soft. Keep the aspect ratio locked and avoid enlarging beyond the original when sharpness matters.
Which format gives the smallest file?+
WebP or JPG usually works best for photographs. PNG is useful for graphics and transparency but can be larger because it uses lossless compression.
